Submitting the Design Your Safari form or any quote request does not constitute a confirmed booking. A safari is confirmed only after a written quotation has been accepted by the client and a deposit has been received and acknowledged by Colopolo Safari Ltd.

All sample itineraries, prices and lodges are indicative. Final pricing depends on real-time availability of lodges, parks, flights and transfers at the time of booking and may change without notice.

All content (texts, photographs, videos, itineraries, layouts, the Colopolo App) is owned by Colopolo Safari Ltd or used under licence. Reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited.

We make our best effort to keep content accurate and updated, but accept no liability for inaccuracies, third-party content, or temporary unavailability of the site. Travel risks and conditions in Tanzania and Kenya are governed by the specific contract signed at booking.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence within the EU.
